Carefully review all offers with your REALTOR®

Negotiate if needed

Make moving plans, if you plan to use a moving company, compare prices and reserve time

Carefully review the sales contract and fulfill your obligations (painting a room, clean carpet)

Make sure all documents are in order for closing
